A Life Changed by Dolphins and Divine Connection

My channeling journey began in the warm, crystalline waters of the Big Island of Hawai'i. While swimming with wild dolphins, I received a vibrational sonic transmission that awakened my channeling abilities. Energetic drawings, called Awakening Images, which are filled with color, light, and healing frequency were the first way in which I channeled.
For many years, channeling was expressed only through artwork. Alongside this, a private counseling practice continued, focused on mind/body modalities. One of these approaches included surrogate muscle testing—asking the body’s intelligence for information.
Then one day, while working with a client, it felt as though a voice was speaking, offering clear guidance. This began to occur more frequently—with clients, and then beyond sessions—until channeling naturally became part of everyday life.
It was never something pursued or studied, but rather something that unfolded as a gift.
The most meaningful moments are often the simplest: being guided to go somewhere and unexpectedly meeting someone familiar, placing something in the garden in a particular way and feeling the entire space shift, or sharing information during a session that could not have been known—yet deeply resonates, reminding someone of their own magnificence and the gifts they are here to share.
A Commitment to JOY & Healing
In my late teens and early twenties I suffered from deep depression and eating disorders. At my lowest point I was about to end my life and at that moment made a choice I would do whatever I needed in this lifetime to be happy. That decision has lead me on an amazing and extraordinary journey of healing, sharing what I have learned, spiritual connection, and finding more inner joy and inner peace.
The first experience with professional counseling came through a therapist who genuinely cared and saw beyond perceived “problems.” That relationship was deeply impactful and inspired a desire to offer the same kind of support to others, leading to becoming a licensed social worker.
As the healing journey unfolded, yoga entered unexpectedly—initially as a way to stretch while training for long-distance triathlons. During one of the first classes, while holding a posture, tears began to flow. It felt like something was being released from deep within—something beyond words. The impact of yoga, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually, was profound. This led to training as a Yoga Teacher and Therapist, followed later by training in massage therapy through a similar pull toward hands-on healing.
Another meaningful turning point came on a birthday in the 30s, when I was gifted a color session. This color modality, created by a woman who was blind, integrates flower essences, crystal energies, sound vibration, and color. Through this work, there was a powerful recognition of one’s true self. The experience was so transformative that it led to becoming certified to teach it. In many ways, this opened the door to channeling artwork, as much of that work is centered around the vibration and influence of color.
A clear pattern has woven through it all: following what brings joy and healing, and then sharing that with others.

Inner Peace
These days, inner peace is a true passion. There is a deep appreciation for a quiet mind and the kind of joy that arises from within. A meaningful connection with Spirit is central, without affiliation to any one religion, along with a love of creating—whether in the garden, kitchen or the art studio.
